- Dr. Ranzino does not carry a beeper/pager. When you call the office, if no one answers the telephone, leave a voice mail message at ANY time of day or night. It is preferred that you leave your message in a prompt fashion. For example, if you are experiencing a problem on Saturday morning, do NOT wait until Monday morning to call the office; call on Saturday morning. - Dr. Ranzino checks the office voice mail after normal office hours and on the weekends. On the weekends, Dr. Ranzino usually checks his voice mail 2-3 times a day, so, unless you call at just the right time, do not expect an instant return call. Be assured, however, that calls are returned. It is therefore imperative that in the message, you CLEARLY state your name, CLEARLY recite your telephone number or other alternate number(s) where you may be reached, and leave a brief description of your concern/problem. - Do NOT assume that Dr. Ranzino has access to your file/records when he returns your call, because he will not. You will need to provide any and all pertinent information. *Note: If you have caller block/caller i.d. on your telephone, you will need to disable it, otherwise Dr. Ranzino will NOT be able to reach you. |
