- We are a very conservative office. We only use proven technology, methods, and high quality materials. We only do what needs to be done. We don't try to "sell" treatment. The patient is involved in treatment decisions. We will discourage or refuse to perform treatment which is unnecessary and potentially detrimental to the health of the patient. For example, we will NOT remove silver fillings, and replace them with white fillings, for the sake of esthetics.
