The International Congress of Oral Implantologists (I.C.O.I.) http://www.icoi.org/ is the largest dental implant organizaton in the world, spanning more than 80 countries and 6000 membrs, and is the largest provider in the world of continuing dental implant education. There are 4 levels of membership in the I.C.O.I. They are, in increasing status, 1)member, 2)fellowship, 3)mastership, and 4)diplomate.
